The purpose of matchmearealestateagent.com is to save you time and spare you  the stress sometimes experienced during the client/agent interview and selection process.  Before hiring a real estate professional to represent you, it is important that you feel confident and comfortable with the competence and trustworthiness of the agent you have selected.

Your Agent will be interviewed, and selected especially for you based on criteria that you have established.  You will be matched with the most qualified, experienced and professional real estate agent for you.

The Process:

1.  Click on the Contact Me page to the left and fill out the brown form included on the page.  Please use the "comments" box to add as much detail as possible (i.e. where you are looking to purchase your home, how much you would like to spend, have you been pre-qualified, the size and type of home you want to buy, what are the 5 most important things you'd expect your real estate agent to do for you, and etc.).  The more you tell me about what you want and what you expect from your relationship with your real estate professional, the better.  Please feel free to write in whatever language you are most comfortable communicating in. You will be matched with a real estate agent who is fluent in your language.  

Please remember to indicate your preferred method of contact so that prompt follow-up with you can be made. If you choose to be contacted by phone, please indicate the most convenient date and time you'd like to be contacted.

2.  Once I've obtained the information I need to make a successful match, you will be matched with a Real Estate Agent that has been carefully and thoughtfully selected for you.

3.  Within 24-48 hours after all of the necessary, relative information has been obtained from you, you will be contacted by a Coordinator.  The Coordinator will arrange for the real estate agent matched to you, to contact you.  Or, if you'd prefer, you will be provided with the contact information for the agent matched to you.

4. Once contact has been made with your agent, you are one big step closer to fulfilling your dream of purchasing a home. 

5.  Keep in mind that you have the final say!  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Agent matched to you, call your Coordinator and let them know.  Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me!

6. After you have closed escrow, you will receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey via e-mail. Please e-mail it back to me at your convenience. I want to know that your experience was truly a match made in heaven!
