One of the most important and time consuming business transactions an individual will ever experience is the buying or selling of a home.  And, it is not unusual for the real estate client to feel both excited and stressed during this life changing event.  The initial stress usually begins with your first meeting with the real estate agent.  It is likely that the agent was either referred to you by someone you know, directly solicited your business, or they happened to have been in their Broker's office assigned to "floor duty" when you initiated contact with the Broker.  My goal is to minimize your stress by matching you with a real estate professional who has been selected and matched to you based on your specific needs, preferences, and to an extent, your personality.

How much does it cost to use this service? 

This service is provided at NO COST to you.  I am compensated by my Broker only after your real estate transaction has been finalized.  No fee is charged to you for my service; my broker simply shares a percentage of the commission earned by the Broker with me. 

How do I use the service?

Fill out the form provided on the Contact Me page of this website.  Please be as specific about your needs, desires, pet peeves and etc. as possible.  The more I know about you (what you want, your communication style, your time frame, as well as what you will expect to receive, other than the purchase of a home, from your relationship with your agent) the better I will be able to match you with the right agent who is uniquely qualified to meet your needs.

What if I want to purchase a home outside of California or the U.S.?

No problem!  As the name of the Network implies, The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World's membership includes real estate companies and professionals living and doing business all over the world.

What should I expect after I've filled out and submitted the Contact Information form?

When I receive the information you've submitted, I will work with a highly skilled Coordinator to discuss your needs. Afterwards, a real estate agent will be identified as a potential match for you.  You will then be contacted by the real estate agent that was matched to you.  At that time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your needs directly with the agent and begin the process of buying or selling your home.  The Network Coordinator will also follow-up with you throughout the transaction process to ensure your satisfaction through the close of escrow. 

It is my goal to assist you in obtaining the most stress free real estate purchase  experience that you could have ever hoped for.

After the purchase has been completed and escrow has closed, you will receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey to fill out and return to me.  I want to hear directly from you about how matchmearealestateagent.com matched up.
